Unpopular opinion: Especially in newer cars, the screens already do what CarPlay and Android Auto do. My dad has it in his Canyon and my sister has it in her Rogue. The only benefit of AA for my dad is Waze navigation. Otherwise, it gets in his way. All of the special features of Android Auto, my sister’s Rogue has in her entertainment screen (navigation, text functionalities, etc.) To them, it’s mostly useless.
